CALM welcomes you to a handcrafted retreat venue surrounded by a pine forest and a garden that sings a hymn to the art of mother nature. It is a profound homage to nature, to the flow of existence and to the heartbeat of Mother Earth. It was from a desire to listen and connect with the melodies and rhythms of nature that the seed for this project was sown.
Offering a patio for sunbathing with an outdoor pool where you can enjoy silence, a good book, company, the shade of fruit trees and fresh seasonal fruits, which also whisper stories with their flavour.
Located in the Nature Park of Arrábida, just a few minutes from the Albufeira Lagoon, Moinho beach, Rio de Prata (the first naturist beach in Portugal), the small village of Meco and eight kilometers from a charming fishertown, Sesimbra.
This is a place where you can enjoy the blend of incandescent light that shines from the forest in the late afternoon and the breathtaking translucent clarity of a morning by the ocean.
The Meco Village is a charming and quiet place that mixes simplicity and elegance with excellent restaurants and bars that enliven the warm summer nights with enthusiasm and joy.
The beaches of Meco are internationally known for their naturism, kitesurf, and windsurf. The golden sandy beach is protected by clay cliffs and aromatic plants. The whole area stimulates the creative freedom of imagination and the contemplation of nature with the spectacular colors of the sunrise and sunset and the curing treatments of green clay, running naturally from the cliffs.
The Nature Park of Arrábida invites you to observe the fauna and flora as well as the region's history and culture. Here you can feel the mountain and the sea, in a perfect symbiosis.

Our Retreat includes:
Complete yoga practices (where we include asana, pranayama, meditation, mantras & nidra)
Silence
Workshops: breathing, history and philosophy of yoga, and understanding some key postures in asana practice.
Moments of reading, contemplation, sharing and contact with nature
Plenty of free time to relax, nourish, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
3 meals a day (deeply nourishing vegetarian)
six-day stay - the rooms are divided into double, triple and quadruple occupancy (all beds are single). If you wish to book for you and a friend, please book two spaces (this does not necessarily mean you have a room for just you and your friend, rooms are first come first served on allocation as spaces are limited).
